Fit and Balanced...Exercise for All Ages
Every Thursday from 10:00-11:00am, we offer a FREE exercise, fitness and balance class for all ages and abilities with an emphasis on being healthy, fit, and having a good sense of balance as we age. Our class will be led by Carol Mulholland, a certified personal trainer and nutritional consultant with more than 10 year of experience in these areas. Once again, this is offered to everyone, and free of charge. Our bodies are "the temple of the Holy Spirit" so we should care for them as best we can.
